We create jewelry by using alternative materials & technique, unique and bold design coming up with new ideas every day. That is the beauty of your own creation - from the idea through the process towards a 'beauty'. The technique used is called micro-macrame, which means knotting with fine and thin string accomplishing with a piece of precious jewelery. The technique macrame is widely known and appreciated as a great jewelery culture in South-America, Central America and Mexico. During an adventurous year learning and practicing with masters in Mexico it got quite sure that the art of macrame and jewelery making was becoming something permanent.
The main types of materials we use for our macrame jewelry are: waxed polyester, linen and cotton string; natural and semi-precious stones from Europe, Mexico, Central and South-America, Asia and Africa; nature collectibles, wood and leather, partly metal. Macrame is great for expressing the alternative way in jewelery making - bracaletes, necklaces, rings and different special desires.
We are located mostly in Pärnu, in our studio at Maarja-Magdaleena Gild but also we can be found from different open-air events, festivals, handicraft and design events. We do try to make our way to 'outer lands' as well so maybe we'll see You next time in Your home town.
